(The following general terms and conditions contain the legal information concerning your rights after the rules about contracts during the distance selling and during the electronic business affaires)

This general terms and conditions are valid for all deliveries of cocooncotton for the consumer (§13 BGB)

2. Signatory

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is no legal binding offer, but only an invitation to order. Falsities are reserved.
3.2. By clicking of the button (order) you will give a binding order by clicking the button (order). After receipt of your order, the act of sale is realized if we accept your order by sending a confirmation email to your.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 Consumer has the right to cancel within 2 weeks.

Within 2 weeks you have the right to cancel your contractual statement without any reasons in written form, (e.g. by letter, by fax, by email or if you obtain the thing before expiring date – by return of the good. The delay begins after receipt of this information in written form, but not before receipt of the goods by the acceptor (in the case of similar goods not before receipt of the first part time delivery) and also not before the fullfilement of our obligation of information regarding § 312c paragraph. 2 BGB in connection with § 1
paragraph. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligation regarding § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1
BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. For keeping the revocation period, the sending of the cancellation or the thing is sufficient. Please sent the cancellation to: cocooncotton, Christian Schick, An der alten Burg 4, 56338 Braubach, Germany.

Consequences of the cancellation

In the case of an effective cancellation both sides have to return the receipt services and as well as as the case maybe the use (e. g. interests) You have to pay compensation if it is not possible to return the received services completely or in a declined condition. This is not valid if the decline of the thing is the result of a control which is made in a shop. By the way, you can avoid the obligation for compensation if you consider the thing not like your property and if you will avoid everything which affects the value. If it is possible to send the goods as a packet you have to return it on our risk. You have to pay the costs for the return, if the delivered goods come up to the ordered goods and if the price for the returning goods is not higher than 40, 00 € or if you have not provided the reward or a contractual agreed partial payment at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise the return will be exempt for charges. In the case it is not possible to return the goods in a packet, the things will be collected. Obligations for the refunding of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The delay begins with the sending of your cancellation or of the thing, for us it begins with whose receipt.

End of the cancellation

4.2 The right of cancellation does not exist in the case of delivery of goods, which are produced individually (e. g. t-shirts with your photo and your name) or which are clearly made after your individual demands or in the case of delivery of audio and video records or of software, if the delivered data carrier is opened by you.
4a. Costs of return in the practice of the cancellation If you use your legal right of cancellation (see right of withdrawal) you have to pay the costs for the return if the received goods corresponds to the ordered goods and if the returned goods does not cost more than 40,00 € or if you did not provided a consideration at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise the return is exempt from charges for you.

5. Prices and forwarding expenses

5.1 The prices, mentioned on the product pages, contain the legal VAT and other price components.

6. Delivery

6.1 The delivery will be made via UPS (worldwide).  .
6.2 Within Germany the delivery time is up to 3 days. We advise you on other delivery time on the particular product page.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment can be made by prepayment or py Paypal.
7.2 At the selection of payment, in our order confirmation we will inform you about our bank account and we will deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
7.3 You only have the right of charging, if your counterclaims had been fixed juridically or if they are indisputable or if they are accepted by us in written form.


7.4 It is only possible for you to execute the right of withholding, if the claims are resulting from the same contractual relationship.

8. Reservation of propritary rights

The goods remain our propritary up to the complete payment.
