Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To process an exchange, please contact us for authorization. We accept exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery for damaged or defective products only.

Since our t-shirts are custom coloring products, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide exchanges for items that arrive damaged or are not working properly.

The exchanged items must be received in new and unused condition. Please contact us and send a video of the defective/damaged product for verification before we generate an exchange authorization.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS


To complete an exchange, place a new order for the replacement item you would like. Contact us with your order number and we will create an exchange authorization for your previous item. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website, and items must be unused and in original packaging.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

We do not provide monetary refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our coloring t-shirt products, we only offer product exchanges for damaged or defective items.

INVALID REASONS FOR EXCHANGE

  • Buyer no longer wants the items

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Size or color preference changes

  • Any reason other than product damage or defect

When you submit an order, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS

 

We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, we cannot stop the package. All orders are final upon submission.
